Mark started with United Mailing as a sales representative in 1993 and has served as Executive Vice President since 2007. He has been instrumental in United’s growth from a conventional direct mail company to a complete turn-key marketing operation.Mark develops personalized marketing campaigns that yield maximum response rates and are best suited for our clients while still being cost effective. This is accomplished by using direct marketing techniques that include:database mining and profiling for specialized list purchases, email marketing, digital printing, Purls (Personalized URL’s), as well as many other service offerings that have been created by United Mailing and their vendor partners to solve specific client needs.

Diane started with United Mailing as a Customer Service Representative in 2001, then in 2007 became Inside Sales Manager which led to her present position as Sales Representative. She works closely with clients with all segments of their Direct Mail Projects, from print, list purchase, to final delivery. Diane has been in some faucet of customer service for over 20 years, including forecasting and budgeting. She enjoys working with people and knows the importance of working closely with the client to insure that the job is done on time and to their expectations.

Dianna joined us in 2008 and began her career with United Mailing as a customer care representative where she quickly advanced into a sales position. She works directly with clients on all aspects of their direct mail campaigns from conception to final delivery. Dianna offers over 20 years of experience in customer service which also includes marketing and product branding. Dianna enjoys helping clients and understands the significance of completing projects accurately, on time and within budget.
