Data Processing

Merge/Purge: Using Name, Company, Addresses or any miscellaneous fields we create a file that can be mailed to only one per person/ one per address/ one per person per address or a variety of other possibilities. Also we can remove “kill” files, “do not mail” lists or just remove a specific names/addresse.CASS: (Coding Accuracy Support System) With this verification process the list(s) are checked against the USPS Address Matching System (AMS). When a match is found for each address the correct 11-digit Delivery Point ZIP code and corresponding barcode are added. Only addresses with the Delivery Point ZIP code and barcodes are eligible for automation mailing rates.

NCOA : (National Change of Address) This processing updates your list(s) using 48 months of data from the database of Change Of Address (COA) forms filed with the Postal Service. With this procedure you get the piece-of-mind that your mail piece will get delivered to the intended recipient

DPV: (Delivery Point Validation) This System assists mailers in obtaining accurate delivery address information and facilitates identification of erroneous addresses contained in mailer address files. The use of DPV will help to reduce the amount of undeliverable as addressed (UAA) pieces, which in turn will result in more efficient postal mail processing and delivery operations. The process works by validating address information at the physical delivery point level. This allows us to identify Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) mail prior to mailing.

LACS: (Locatable Address Conversion Service) The LACS process provides an automated method of obtaining the new address when:

* A 911 emergency system has been implemented to convert rural-style Addresses to city-style addresses.

* A street address has been renamed or renumbered.

DSF2: (Delivery Sequence File Second Generation) This service identifies inaccurate and incomplete addresses on mailing lists by validating them against the USPS master database of all 165+ million delivery points. DSF2 processing additionally provides other important address attributes allowing for more targeted mailings. It classifies addresses as residential or business, as well as identifies the delivery type and flags seasonal and vacant addresses. DSF2 further appends mail codes that can be used to qualify for USPS Enhanced Carrier Route Basic, High Density and Saturation postal discounts. These include Pseudo Delivery Sequence Numbers for walk sequence postal presort discounts and Enhanced Line of Travel codes.

Deceased Suppression: A process that identifies deceased individuals in your list(s) using a database dating back to 1987 and derived from Social Security Administration records and other proprietary sources.

DMA Suppression: A process that identifies individuals in your list(s) who have registered with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Mail Preference Service (MPS) to indicate that they do not wish to receive unsolicited mail.

Address Resolution: This process attempts to resolve incorrect or incomplete addresses using several methods. It can correct both primary and secondary information using proprietary databases.

Track N Trace : Uses USPS Intelligent Mail barcode to deliver OneCode Confirm functionality: end-to-end tracking of a job’s path through the mail stream.

PURLS: A Personalized URL is a web address that incorporates the recipient’s name. For example: www.markingram.unitedmailingservice.com

Personalized URL Marketing is the technique of adding such a web address as one of the response channels on a direct mail piece and following it up with highly targeted VIP landing page. When Mark visits his personal landing page(s), he finds exactly the information he expects based on the direct mail piece. He stays engaged and interested longer not to mention he becomes more likely to buy.

Email Marketing: With Email Marketing you stay connected while getting your message out. Your communication can be delivered whenever you choose to maximize impact, just pick a date and time. This is yet another way to associate with your customers and showcase new ideas.

Convert Data Formats: Have files in excel and need text, what about a word document to a pdf. Our data department can convert from one format to another and return the files to you. We also can take files from multiple sources and create one final file in the format of your choice. The possibilities are endless give a call for any of your data needs.

We can print on your letterhead, inexpensive copy paper or a nice business stock. We can print your letters or special forms simplex or duplex. Just let us know what you need.

Traditional Printing

The process of printing using plates to transfer images into surfaces like papers is called offset printing. It is an old method of printing that has developed through time. Offset printing was invented because of the need to have low cost production for commercial quantities of prints. Nowadays, it uses a modern computer-to-plate technique when producing materials on printing surface. It is called offset because of the process on how inks are transferred to print an image. The ink is not directly pressed onto the paper; it uses plate cylinder where the image comes. From a metal plate, ink is distributed to an offset cylinder (rubber mat) before it is transferred directly onto the paper through an impression cylinder. There are four colors used when printing on paper sheets or cardstocks. The color of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black are mixed to form a final product with good color resolution.

As a form of old type print production, offset printing is still used in spite of other modern type of printing method. Because of its capacity to make commercial quantities of prints with high quality results and cheap production cost, offset printing is a good choice for large numbers of printing projects.
